Return & Exchange Policy

At flowhue, we maintain high-quality standards to ensure all products are shipped in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you in returning your new and unworn item(s).

We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival. In the rare case that an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  • If the return is due to the customer’s preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, based on the courier service selected.
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), the customer does not need to pay the return shipping fee.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

To make the return/exchange process smooth, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a return/exchange authorization and the correct return address. Packages returned without authorization cannot be accepted.
  2. Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product has quality issues. Please note that slight variations in color and size are normal and not considered defects.
  3. Condition of Returned Items: All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with original tags and protective strips intact. Items showing signs of use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar stains may be refused.
  4. Shipping: Please return items via your local post office to avoid additional taxes. Include the completed return/exchange authorization form in your package. Keep a record of your tracking number, as the customer is responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept packages sent via C.O.D. service.
  5. Processing: Once we receive your returned package, we will notify you by email and arrange an exchange or refund within 7 business days.
